Excluding private & secret security

A minimum of 3877 military & law enforcement to protect 320 delegates?

That’s a minimum of 12 per delegate!

That’s an even higher ratio than the upcoming 2010 Winter Olympics!

And (as Yvonne points out in her video) that’s not even counting the U.S. Secret Service (which will be coordinating the event), nor private security forces!
