Note how the headline leads you to believe that they are going to do the right & reasonable thing — drop charges / let people go — but the very last line of the article says that they are seriously contemplating arresting more people

September,

PITTSBURGH (AP) — The Allegheny County district attorney says he’ll drop charges against at least four University of Pittsburgh students arrested during the G-20 economic summit.

Stephen Zappala Jr. says some students were used as pawns by protesters. Hearings for some of those charged are scheduled for Wednesday morning.

Police are also looking at the arrest of Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reporter. Zappala says reporters shouldn’t have been arrested as they worked, but that everyone had to comply with dispersal orders.

Zappala says Greenpeace activists who rappelled from the a bridge will likely get community service.

Many of the 190 summit-related arrests occurred Thursday and Friday night during protests near the university. More arrests are possible.
